Inspiration for interior designers can come from all around. In today’s seminar we looked at how even the simplest of shape can be turned into something creative. In this case we were give the task to explore and experiment with the triangle to fill an A3 square board with patterns and structures.

I used a variety of techniques, such as collaging, cutting, folding and layering. I also used a selection of different materials to see how they could be manipulated, this included card, cardboard, tracing paper and magazine cuttings.
